  這是一個參照物的問題,薄膜電容器如果和普通的鋁電解電容器相比確實是這樣,但是,實際上在工業領域和新能源領域,一般有經驗的工程師會選用較大紋波電流的支鏈型有機酸體系的工業電容器。

However, in the industrial field and new energy field, generally experienced engineers will choose the industrial electric container with branch chain organic acid system with larger ripple current.

  薄膜電容器的標準是60度的溫度下的紋波電流,我們以常用的4700uf鋁電解舉例,如果是工業用的電解電容器,紋波電流標準一般在15.4左右,如果在70度下,選用有機酸體系產品,紋波電流會乘以2.3倍,同時在乘以1.35倍的修正系數,基本在48A左右,不是通常所說的15A,所以和薄膜電容器基本在相近的水平線上。

  同樣是用了普通的85度2000小時的標準的鋁電解電容器做比較,但實際上在工業領域尤其是在新能源領域,有經驗的工程師一般會選用105度5000小時的工業極電解電容器產品,如果實際實用環境溫度在45度,則使用壽命在40年,如果使用溫度在55度,則使用壽命在20年,即使使用溫度到65度也可使用10年,完全可以滿足客戶壽命要求。

  薄膜電容是溫升較低,電解溫升較高,但兩者對溫升的要求是不同的,就向前面所說的,薄膜溫升12度就有大問題了,電解溫升30-40度,都可以政常工作,所以說,這二者是完全沒有可比性的。
