  由于采用了新型的固態(tài)電解質(zhì),固態(tài)電解電容具有液態(tài)電解電容無法企及的優(yōu)良特性。這些電氣性能對(duì)于提高計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)中以高頻為特征的應(yīng)用顯得尤為重要。固態(tài)電解電容的多種優(yōu)良特性可以為主板提供進(jìn)補(bǔ)療效,其優(yōu)勢(shì)主要有三點(diǎn)。

  ESR(Equivalent Series Resistance)指串聯(lián)等效電阻,是電容非常重要的指標(biāo)。ESR越低,電容充放電的速度越快,這個(gè)性能直接影響到微處理器供電電路的退藕性能,在高頻電路中固態(tài)電解電容的低ESR 特性的優(yōu)勢(shì)更加明顯。可以說,高頻下低ESR 特性是固態(tài)電解電容與液態(tài)電容性能差別的分水嶺。

  ESR (equivalent series resistance) refers to series equivalent resistance, which is a very important index of capacitance. The lower the ESR is, the faster the charging and discharging speed of capacitor is. This performance directly affects the decoupling performance of microprocessor power supply circuit. In high frequency circuit, the advantage of low ESR characteristic of solid-state electrolytic capacitor is more obvious. It can be said that the low ESR characteristic at high frequency is the watershed of the performance difference between solid electrolytic capacitor and liquid electrolytic capacitor.

Under high temperature, high frequency and high power operating conditions, the very low ESR characteristic of solid state capacitor can fully absorb the high amplitude voltage generated between power lines in the circuit to prevent its interference to the system.
